I’m Pradeep Kanna Ravichandran, an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a passion for Indian politics. With experience in development sector, journalism, and Information Technology.I’m dedicated to driving positive change through technology, civic engagement, and cultural preservation.

From Engineering to Empowerment

My professional career has been a fusion of diverse yet interconnected roles. At India Speaks Ai, I harnessed my understanding of political dynamics and AI-powered solutions to support election campaigns in India, driving key outreach initiatives and securing strategic partnerships. Before that, I delivered seamless travel experiences as an Associate at Pick Your Trail, where I managed international travel operations with a client-centric approach.

At the Yellow Bag Foundation, I championed sustainable living, working to promote cloth bag solutions worldwide and empowering women self-help groups. As a contributor at The Hindu Metroplus, I delved into storytelling, writing pieces on travel, lifestyle, and Tamil heritage, a passion that has been pivotal in shaping my understanding of the cultural landscape.

  • YNOS Venture Engine, IIT Madras Research Park: As a chief of staff, I deliver my duties at YNOS for the Indian startup ecosystem under the guidance of Prof.Thillai Rajan, Doms, IIT Madras.
  • India Speaks Ai: Managed outreach, secured partnerships, and utilized election tech solutions for one election cycle June 2024.
  • Pick Your Trail: Enhanced client experiences, managing end-to-end international travel processes.

My Core Passions & Initiatives

My dedication to the community and a sustainable future goes beyond my professional engagements. I am actively involved in projects like Madurai Local History Group, a platform I founded to share and preserve the rich history and literary heritage of my hometown. This initiative has allowed me to engage with esteemed scholars and host events that keep the community informed and inspired.

My engineering background fueled my participation in the ESVC Solar Car Championship, where I contributed to the design and racing of solar vehicles. Additionally, my work with ACCET News and ACCET Radio during college set a foundation for effective communication and collaboration.

In my free time, I connect with organizations like Dhan Foundation and Rotary International to promote cultural history and youth engagement. These experiences, coupled with my political science education and Hindi language proficiency, enable me to approach challenges with a multidisciplinary lens.
